Foods that make you feel good!

There are foods that are good for you! They make you feel good because they help certain organs in your body function better. If you don't have them in your regular diet, you should think about including them.

Quinoa is helps lower insulin output. You can replace a carbohydrate like white rice with quinoa or add it to a salad. This slow the release of glucose into the bloodstream. which lowers the insulin output. This especially helps women shed that subcutaneous fat.

Asparagus helps the liver. It has two compounds (chlorophyll & cyanidin), which activates liver enzymes that detoxify. This helps the liver break down stored fat and eliminate the metabolism slowing toxins by 30%.

Make sure you include oranges or any citrus fruit in your diet. The vitamin c regulates the output of cortisol from the adrenal glands, which is the stress hormone that makes the body store fat.
